  • Retirement gift

A pleasant oenological and gastronomic stay! Enjoyable outing with Robert, a passionate guide and connoisseur of the region's history and terroir... Great wine discoveries and meetings with winemakers. Côté Saisons is the perfect place to stay, thanks to the quality of the restaurant and the owners' warm welcome. On the tasting side: it would be preferable not to schedule them on the same day.

  • LAROQUE LES ALBERES WINE BREAK

Great discovery of the Collioure vineyards with Robert, a passionate guide who shared his knowledge with us with great pleasure. Meal and overnight stay at Côté Saisons very good, very good food, local products. A very warm welcome from the owners Nicolas and Ingrid, and from the waiters (es) who do their job with passion. You can go there with your eyes closed! The meal at the Littorine restaurant in Banuyls was also very good. We had the 2 tastings on the same day, one in the late morning after the hike in Collioure and the other in the early afternoon in Trouillas (half-hour drive from Collioure), instead of having the 2nd one the next morning as originally planned. The two tastings were a little too close together.

  • Wine tasting and activities in Collioure

Very satisfied. Robert, the guide, shared his passion for nature and vineyards with us. The owners of the 2 estates took the time to explain their products to us. The Côté Saison guest room was superb, with very welcoming owners and staff, and a refined, tasty meal. We also enjoyed the restaurant La Littorine, with its magnificent view and menu.

  • Weekend in Collioure

Super weekend in Collioure, a very nice walk with Robert, with splendid views of Collioure. Super tasting The meal and the night next to the seasons were top-notch, very good welcome, very good meal, very kind hosts. A pleasure to do and do again!

  • WEEKEND IN COLLIOURE

A special mention for the superb walk with Robert. Thanks to him for his kindness and knowledge of the region. The tasting at the end of the walk was not what we expected. The visit to Chateau Montana was very disappointing, with a new owner who was neither welcoming nor commercial. There were few explanations, we visited the museum on our own, and there was no white or rosé wine available for tasting. Special mention goes to Côté saison, where Edouard's welcome was top-notch, and the breakfast was superb. The same goes for the littorine, which had nothing to say, and the Saturday evening meal (great welcome and beautiful menus). All in all, a successful weekend.

  • Great weekend gift

Super weekend as a gift Everything was perfect when we visited Château MONTANA, greeted by the owner, visited the museum and the cellar with explanations, then tasted the different wines. Côté Saisons, a romantic room in a peaceful setting. Plates full of flavors, fabulous blends of products, waiters are very friendly and attentive to their customers, with good advice on the wine list. Very original decor and decoration of the dining room, calm and serenity. Magnificent garden with beautiful trees. La Littorine, a fine showcase for local produce and excellent wine. Pleasant terrace with a lovely view of Les Elmes beach. A waitstaff dedicated to customer care a feast for the eyes and the mouth, a lovely moment.
