Your itinerary
- Your stay begins in the afternoon with a self-discovery of Arlay, "City of Character of Burgundy-Franche-Comté" and "Capital of Straw Wine" by the quality of its vineyard and the fame of its nectar.
- The visit continues with a tasting of Jura wines, in a 16th century cellar where the winemaker will present his profession.
- Three-course gourmet dinner accompanied by a regional aperitif, two wines to match the dishes, a glass of crémant (mineral water and coffee included).
- Overnight stay at the hotel in a superior room.
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Departure to discover Château-Chalon, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
- You then go to the Maison de la Haute Seille museum and complete your visit with a commented tasting of 3 typical wines, including the famous Vin Jaune Château Chalon.
- Self-guided tour of Baume-les-Messieurs, a village nestled in a circus on the borders of three valleys.
- Your day ends with a food and wine pairing dinner. Three-course menu - regional aperitif, 3 wine varieties, a glass of cremant, coffee and mineral water included.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in a superior room.
- Breakfast at your accommodation.

An exceptional stay on the Jura Wine Route
Your stay on the Jura Wine Route was a memorable experience and I highly recommend it! From start to finish, everything was orchestrated for a great moment of pure pleasure and discovery. Accommodation and catering were absolutely exceptional. Hostellerie Saint Germain offered all the comforts you need to recharge your batteries after a busy day. Dinners at 'La Table de Marc Tupin', in particular, were highlights of the trip. Each meal was a true gastronomic experience: the menus, accompanied by carefully chosen aperitifs and regional wines, showcased the richness of local produce. The food and wine pairing was simply beyond perfect. Visits to the sites, from Arlay to Baume-les-Messieurs via Château-Chalon, were moments of pure enchantment. We were warmly welcomed by true professionals, passionate about their region and their profession. Whether it was a tasting at Domaine Bourdy, with its 16th-century cellar, or a visit to the Maison de la Haute Seille museum, each stage was enriching and perfectly organized.

Exceptional stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Hostellerie St-Germain in the Jura, in a contemporary setting of excellent craftsmanship, an ideal location and outstanding hosts. Maria and Marc Tupin made us feel very welcome. Comfortable rooms, free parking, exceptional breakfasts... Their service is complemented by a top-quality gourmet restaurant run by Marc Tupin, the chef of this establishment who deserves the Etoile for his creative, refined and delectable cuisine. The food and wine pairing is also highly appreciated. The staff are available, friendly and impeccable. Bravo to the whole team. And thank you. A must-visit for all.
