History of the Steeve Charvet Estate

It all started with grandfather Robert Charvet. With his horse, Kiki, the farm was on 4 hectares for consumption in the Lyon region.

Today the grapevines are cultivated on 7 hectares respecting the environment. The winemaker welcomes you to share his passion and know-how inherited from his elders!

    Instructive visit with enthusiasts from the Madone estate in Fleurie and the Steeve Charvet estate in Chiroubles. Very warm welcome at "La Tour" bed and breakfast in Chiroubles. Superb restaurant "Le côte de Brouilly" in Odenas. Nothing to say. Everything was perfect, even the weather!

  • A wonderful discovery of Beaujolais

    Brouilly Wine Weekend". Whether at the Steeve Charvet estate in Chiroubles or the Château de la Valette estate, we met passionate winemakers who are keen to share their region, their craft and their wines. The hosts of "La Tour" are charming and attentive to their guests' needs. Spacious, comfortable room, home-cooked meals and hearty breakfast. An address to be recommended! We ended our "trip" with lunch at the restaurant "Le Côte de Brouilly", with its friendly welcome and home cooking, but without any real added value to the stay.
