Manuel Olivier / Maison Cabotte
There were only 2 of us, and we toured the winery and cellar with Laurent, an employee of the Manuel Olivier estate. He gave us lots of details, listened carefully to what we had to say, and made it all worthwhile! Then we went on to the tasting, where he also guided us. It was a great time, and many thanks to him! Then we went to the restaurant "La Beaune Heure", which was very good but not very lively, but it was still a nice evening. Finally, we stayed at La Maison Cabotte where we were very well received, the room was clean and the bedding very comfortable. All in all, we had a great weekend! :)

Superb stay
We had a great weekend in Beaune. The A la Beaune Heure restaurant is rather pleasant. Nice, typical meal! The hotel was also very pleasant, and the welcome super. The visit to Domaine Debray was the real highlight of our stay. We were very well received, and the explanations were very interesting. Let's not even mention the tasting: a REGAL.

A superbly organized gift from our daughters. The discovery and tasting at Domaine Manuel Olivier was fabulous, the welcome perfect, there were only two of us, and we had the great impression of having the domaine all to ourselves. Stay at Château du Payre
What a wonderful experience at Château du Payre. We were welcomed by the owner, Valérie Labrousse, an enthusiastic and passionate woman. Organic has been her hobby for years. What is she looking for? Produce balanced wines, think outside the box, innovate and respect the environment. She hosted a tour of her estate, handed down through 5 generations of women. Off we went to the vineyards and cellars, before enjoying a tasting session. We then took possession of our very large room and continued with a delicious home-cooked meal. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't with us and we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We thank her sincerely for her hospitality and recommend this Vinotrip experience. Bravo for her work!

Stay from April 22 to 24, 2024 in Beaune. Lodging at Maison Cabotte in a very comfortable and cosy room. Nearly 2-hour visit and tasting at Domaine Debray, where we were very well received and thoroughly enjoyed the passionate young man. The wines we tasted were delicious. We had a very pleasant stay in the Bordeaux region. The choice of restaurant "l'envers du décor" in Saint Emilion and accommodation at the nearby "Château des Faures" was perfect, a room located on a family estate, with a very interesting tour of the winery and vineyards.

Perfect stay
Perfect organization and a warm welcome from all our hosts. We stayed at the Le Parc de l'Hostellerie hotel and dined at the Bord de l'eau restaurant linked to the hotel. Two delicious meals in idyllic surroundings. We visited the Domaine Maufoux in St-Aubin. The young man who showed us around the cellars was friendly, interesting and knowledgeable. We tasted five wines that we really enjoyed. The next day at Château C in Aloxe Corton, we received an equally courteous welcome and enjoyed a quality tasting. In short, we were delighted with our stay.

An exceptional stay
We dined and slept at Hostellerie du Parc, where we discovered a site of rare beauty. The staff were attentive and provided exceptional service. Dinner at the waterside bistro was delicious, with a magnificent setting and highly qualified staff. We then visited the Prosper Maufoux estate, where Aurore showed us around the cellar and shared all her knowledge with us, giving us an insight into oenology. stay at HOTEL LE PARC DE L'HOSTELLERIE, magnificent! A superb wooded park with a small stream for a refreshing stroll. The Bistrot du Bord de l'eau is just as pleasant and delicious... a perfect dinner and wines. We're delighted! Just a little disappointed by the choice of our winemaker, who raises his wines with an acidity that doesn't suit us... But the estate is superb and so are the cellars, with clear, didactic explanations.

We chose to stay at Château Fleur de Roques near Saint Emilion. Our weekend was great. The hotel is very pretty, and the pool is clearly a plus. The dinner and breakfast were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the organization and execution of our stay. First, we enjoyed a visit to the Domaine du Prieuré in Savigny Les Beaune, punctuated by pleasant discussions and tastings. Next, we were welcomed to a beautiful, tranquil country home, a friendly bed & breakfast, Le Clos de Fernande in Corcelles les Arts. Stay offered via VINOTRIP . We stayed at the hotel "la Gremelle" in Ladoix, right in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, where we had an excellent stay and tasted great local dishes with, of course, local wine. But the icing on the cake was the tasting at Domaine Manuel Olivier in the hamlet of Corboin in Nuits St Georges, 12 wines including a Corton Charlemagne....an exemplary kindness from this young employee and a lesson in oenology that really interested me, thanks again, to be repeated as soon as possible.

Perfect stay in Burgundy, pleasant tasting at Domaine Prosper Maufoux, the only hitch was that we couldn't visit the cellars because the fermenting white wine gave off too much CO2... Blame the weather! Dinner at Le Terroir was excellent, with a very warm welcome from the attentive manager. Last but not least, a lovely, quiet guest room (Clos de la Fernande) in a beautiful stone building. Vinotrip's organization was simple and efficient, and I recommend it. Thank you Vinotrip!

Château de Môle is an excellent choice for a Vinotrip, with pleasant surroundings and a warm welcome. The tour of the estate is instructive and, what's more, the wines are of the highest quality. Following our weekend in Burgundy, a visit to the Debray cellar with a meal and an overnight stay at the Clos de la Vouge, we had an excellent stay. Everything was great. Perfect organization for both the visit to Domaine Debray and our evening + overnight stay at Clos de la Vouge. Everyone was very welcoming and very professional...don't change a thing! Visit to Domaine Manuel Olivier near Beaune, then guesthouse at Demoiselles de LADOIX and meal at La Gremelle. Very good overall, no disappointments, an intimate stay and good service.

Very interesting visit to Camarsac's château and wine cellars in a magnificent setting, and enjoyable wine tasting. Delicious dinner in a warm atmosphere, comfortable overnight stay. Magical discovery of Saint Emilion the next day. A stay we highly recommend.

Just a few words to say how pleased we were with our evening at Château Rollan de By. Top welcome (despite our slight delay). Visit and commentary in the cellars, very good. - Domaine du Prieuré: We were very well received The tasting was great and we learned a lot. Madame Maurice is very friendly and you can feel her passion for the vines when she talks. I just think it's a shame we didn't visit the estate and the cellar. As for the B&B and the village of Savigny les Beaune, there's nothing to complain about. The village is very beautiful. The room is very nice (no TV, which is nice). The breakfast is also good and copious. The breakfast room in its original state makes you want to know all the history of this house. - The "La Gremelle" restaurant: If I ever come back, I'll eat here again! Super! Very, very good service (I'm not used to it!) and the dishes are very good! It's just not very hearty, it's more gastro (for my husband it wasn't enough, for me it was perfect!). - VinoTrip: Very good organization, I was afraid because I had no confirmation with me paper voucher or anything but at no time I was asked. This weekend was given to us by our children for Christmas. Location: Ladoix Sérrigny. - Excellent preparation and information from Vinotrip. - Excellent welcome at Manuel Olivier's with tastings of whites, reds and rosé (yes!). Thanks Pascal. - All rooms are new and spacious at Maison Rouge. Catherine very welcoming. - As for the restaurant, La Gremelle ... nothing to say. What a pleasure to dine and leave without paying (except for the wines)!

Very nice stay
We were very pleased with our stay in the Bordeaux region. A very warm welcome at Château de Môle in Puisseguin, a magnificent room and a hearty breakfast, as well as dinner at L'Envers du décor in St Emilion.
