About Stentz-Buecher Domain

The « domaine Stentz-Buecher » is the result of the union of two families from a long line of winemakers established in Wettolsheim. Today the domaine Stentz-Buecher, exploit 13 hectares of vines.
The viewpoint of the Domain Stentz-Buecher in relation to winemaking and work in the vineyard is based on observation and the love of nature. Thier philosopy is to let the vines develop and the wine age as naturally as possible, with the minimum of interference.
This respect for nature and this integrity result in a rejection of systemic pesticides or chemical fertilizers at all stages of production. The domain Stentz-Buecher is organically certified by Ecocert (ECOCERT is an organic certification organisation, founded in France in 1991).
The production is varied and denotes by remarkable balance between acidulated and tender mellow flavours.
