  • Very pleasant stay

    We stayed 2 nights at Château FLEUR DE ROQUES and received an excellent welcome from all the staff and especially from the owner, who took great care of us! Very nice, spacious and clean room, very good bedding. We ate the 2 evenings at the castle, the menu was super good that quality products and the price very reasonable. The breakfast was correct. We really enjoyed the visit to the underground cellar and the wine tasting! On Monday, we visited Château DE FERRAND, where we were given a very warm welcome and were given an excellent tour and explanations. We also took part in a wine-making workshop, which was great fun and very interesting.

  • Very pleasant and instructive stay

    The stay was everything we'd hoped for: top-quality accommodation at Château Fleur de Roques, a morning of wine tasting and blending at Château de Ferrand led by a very welcoming and knowledgeable young winemaker, and a gourmet dinner at the Auberge St Jean, very fine and tasty. I recommend this type of stay. What's more, Saint Emilion is an exceptional village in terms of its heritage, and we particularly enjoyed visiting it!

    Pleasant stay at Château Fleur de Roques with tasting and history of the château and vineyards. Room, meals and pool all top-notch, with attentive, highly professional staff. We were delighted by the visit and tasting at Château de Ferrand, led by our friendly sommelier, which was very enriching (we discovered the blending ourselves, an unforgettable experience). We also enjoyed a free day in St Emilion, with a guided tour of the monolithic church and the Tour du Roy, finishing with a gourmet meal at Le Tertre restaurant, which we recommend.

    We chose to stay at Château Fleur de Roques near Saint Emilion. Our weekend was great. The hotel is very pretty, and the pool is clearly a plus. The dinner and breakfast were very good. And last but not least, the visit and wine tasting were very enjoyable. We're really delighted with our stay. The price is really low for the quality!

    I'm back from our weekend in Saint-Emilion. Please accept our congratulations from the group of 15 who were delighted with all the services you booked for us. Everything was perfect. The reception everywhere was excellent. The Château Fleur de Roques offered us a complimentary glass of wine, and the meal was excellent. The blending workshop at Château de Ferrand was very well done, very interesting and the tasting very enjoyable. The meal at L'Envers du Décor was perfect. In short, a very successful weekend. Thanks again for your responsiveness and understanding. Having organized this type of event with the same group for over 30 years, it's VERY RARE to get a travel proposal that corresponds exactly to the request. Yours was PERFECT.     The accommodation at Château Fleur de Roques is perfect, even the "h" paper is good quality! At the Auberge St jean it's delicious, but the glass of wine is a little too expensive all the same. At the Château de Ferrand, we'd like to stay, the educator is competent and pleasant, and the wine is good! Behind the scenes is very pleasant. Thank you!

  • The rooms

    The Château Fleur de Roques is equipped with 20 double, triple, superior and family rooms, which are distributed between the ground floor and the 1st floor of the castle. Each bathroom has either a bathtub or a shower and the rooms have a view on the swimming pool or the castle park.

    Let yourself be seduced by the refined decoration of each room, the antique and characterful furniture. All this keeps the historic character of the building, while combining a touch of modernity with flat screen TVs, wifi access, ...

  • The restaurant

    At dinner time, rendez-vous at the old kitchen of the castle where the restaurant is located. It is divided into 3 rooms, two large vaulted rooms and a dining room on the mezzanine. In summer, the interior courtyard is laid out as a terrace to enjoy the mild Bordeaux climate.

    The restaurant "A la table de Margot" offers classic and light cuisine, entirely homemade and using fresh and local products. Taste typical dishes from the region with a glass of wine produced at the Domaine (Cannelé de Bordeaux made like profiteroles, home-made Terrine of semi-cooked foie gras, Sauternes jelly, Rib steak from the Aquitaine region, …). You will dine in an authentic setting preserving the charm and history of this building.

    In the morning, the buffet breakfast includes fruit, fresh orange juice and homemade cakes.
