About the Château Pomys
Chateau Pomys is recognized as one of the largest wine estates of Saint-Estèphe since the seventeenth century. It belonged successively to prestigious families: the family d’Estournel, that of Martin, Errazu,Hosteins, Pullum. Finally, the Arnaud family bought the castle and its dependencies from 1988 turned into 3 stars hotel and gourmet restaurant.
You will find peace and serenity while staying in the "safe haven" in the middle of the vineyards of Medoc ten spacious rooms with views of the park, the vineyards or on the river.The leader, Dimitri Fontaneau prepara a fine” table d’hotes “ gorgeous, wouthy of the best, with a cuisine both traditional and creative.
You can of course also taste wines from two appellations: Castle Pomys, Cru Bourgeois, and Chateau Saint-Estephe, Cru Bourgeois in 1932.
